Year 2010

2 days left and its the end of another here. Though I had a VERY bumpy start, after having cried on new year itself, I wasn't expecting anything better, but the year is coming to end in the BEST way possible. New class, new friends, exams gone well.Everything is just perfect right now.Loving every bit of my life.When I think and look back, I will never forget,having my first sip of beer( naturally, everything else followed..:P)my first time bowling,I beat my boyfriend!:) it was the only time, as usual I sucked at it every other time,beginner's luck does exit,organizing first "SUPRISE" birthday party,the cutest birthday cake..:):):) and the mask to make me feel like a birthday princess :) love you guys so much!,5 continuous exams(phew!!!) and clearing all of them(*full happy*),chennai,getting drunk and singing loudly,sleepovers-sitting on terrace, middle of the night playing uno,cooking and eating at 2 p.m. and all the rolling with laughter at stupid jokes till stomach hurts!laughing my ass out in library whole day, on the previous day of exam,start of this BLOG! Overall a memorable year.

How we've missed seeing Kristen Stewart glam it up on carpets.

There have already been some Twitter rumblings from girls in the fashion industry pulling outfit choices for Kristen STewart, so we're assuming it's gotta be for the PCA's (although all of Hollywood is currently on the hunt for Golden Globes dresses too, but uh, there are no Eclipse nom's there).

Study Holidays

You know its study holidays when,

•  library is buzzing with people from early morning to evening, it is actually so full it feels like a mini market!
• you frequently hear the sentences, "how much you done with macha?", "there is so much to study! and I have done so little", " I am tensed!"
• start eating really less cause you feel sleepy, not cause you put on weight!
• photocopy guy is in full demand!
• people you hardly even talk to, come talk and be sweet and ask if they can borrow your books, notes, question banks or whatever!
• stop watching movies and start using the laptop for something else!
• get up early, even tho its a holiday!

Heart Break

My friend comes to me early in the morning stinking of cigarette and alcohol.

Me- y this bad?

Friend- smoked up whole night, we broke up (he n his gf)

next thing that happened I will never ever forget in my life.. He rolled up

his sleeves n showed me his hand which was badly cut, with blood dried

all over!!!(shudder)

I do realise that it is a very hard time and that you end up doing

something irrational.

But when someone breaks your heart that bad,isn't it obvious that they

don't deserve you?!

Y do you want to walk around carrying that scar for the rest of your life?! Its

just so so stupid!!

Other things I have seen people tried doing,

• jumping from 3rd floor!
• run off to goa!( I know GOA!!)
• lock herself in her room with knife in hand!( god! all of us outside were so scared!)
• stop eating, it was so bad that he was actually admitted!
• follow the guy everywhere!
• go complain her parents about what she did to him!(so dumb!)
• but, cutting hand is like the most favorite.

Fans lucky enough to catch a glimpse of Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart leaving their hotel on Monday shared the video on YouTube for all fans to enjoy. After filming a kissing scene Monday in Brazil for Breaking Dawn, the two took off in a helicopter to reach the secluded honeymoon spot, which in the book is a Cullen family property on the fictional Isle Esmee. In real life, it's reportedly this private house that is available to rent, complete with it's own private beach. The six-room suite is fully furnished, so this could be the bed where Bella and Edward finally get intimate!

There're some set photos from Breaking Dawn where Bella and Edward go honeymooning! Some pics straight from the Breaking Dawn set. These mark an obvious location change for the series, as Edward and Bella head off on their honeymoon. The gorgeous beachfront property definitely sets the romantic tone for the newlyweds with lush green trees and bright blue seas. They might actually be shooting in Brazil, but you know that this is the fictional island, Isle Esme. And the couple took advantage of it all, as they were spotted shooting in bathing suits - I love B's simple white bikini. Unfortunately, the honeymoon is over for these two as Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have already left Brazil.

SUNDERBANS

Yesterday afternoon,when me and my friends were going through magazines in library. One of friend found this article "DEATH IN JUNGLE" (Geo, sept 2010)
                           This was about the life in mangrove swamps of sunderbans.Sunderban being the international natural heritage, is a place of great beauty and danger.Here tigers have adapted to human terrain, humans are not threat to them, in contrast they make a easy prey.
Only way of earning a living for the people here is to go into the forest, and collect honey to sell. The jungle which is full of tigers and other wild animals.
                            When they leave on their fishing boats from home..they do not know if they will come back or ever see their family again. Sadly, most of them dont.The only sign people get about the tiger being around is the cry of the deer. If they do face the tiger,they are advised not to run, but to stand still and try to scare it with the sound of the stick.
                       The very thought of standing still when you know that death is staring at you, bought shiver down my spine, and made me realise how lucky I am to have this life, were nor me or my family or friends have to risk lives to provide basic needs of family.
But, that is how life continues to be for them. A battle between life and death.

First time

I still remember the first time I rode my bicycle,thinking I would fall, first time I spoke on stage,afraid i'll say something wrong, the first day of college, not knowing anyone, the first night in hostel, in a new place with new people away from home...
All of these times i've been really nervous and excited at the very same time...
This is how I feel right now, with this first blog post.
