Random Thursday: internet people

Internet, ah the invention that changed the world. It's so convenient and allows us to be in touch with loved ones far away, look up things in a heartbeat, and it provides ample entertainment when bored. Sadly, it has a lot of downsides as well.

Take chatroulette for example, a website I'd advise all you to never go on unless you want to see a bunch of hairy old men wanking. Not quite the turn-on you were looking for :p Sadly a lot of kids end up there. If I have kids some day, I'll bloody well be blocking any sites like that. The things you hear sometimes are quite scary. Here are a few examples of what chatroulette is all about!

'Guess what I read on facebook!' is the new opening line for gossips. Also, it's a golden opportunity to find out how stupid many people really are.

Lesson one, don't leave your facebook open anywhere.

Random Thursday goes international

It's that day of the week again, and I've gathered up some pics I liked just for your entertainment. This week part of the focus is for Russia, although I've never been yet, I have a master's degree in the language and although I don't use the language in my job right now, I really enjoyed studying it and learning all about the complex history and culture. To make sure I don't forget all of it, I've starting writing letters in Russian with the Czech penfriend I had as a teen, who is also studying Russian. First letter arrived yesterday, and I was happy to find out I haven't forgotten all of it yet!

Random Thursday is back! This time without 'only in America' jokes, in case more anonymous Americans without a sense of humour take offence. Extra long this week as I didn't post it last week, hope you all like as I spent ages looking for these pics, very fun during bored at work times.

Haha I must admit this is probably true. Men never seem to have to wait as long in the toilets, we always have to queue for an eternity. And you know when you've been drinking for a while, once you start needing to go, you will probably need to go every twenty minutes :p
